I had a great class with Eunae. Learning about Korean culture is really interesting. We talk about our interests "관심 있어요". One of my weaknesses is vocabulary. So in order to learn faster, I'll study vocabulary between classes. Eunae is a great teacher.

My class with Eunae is always so interesting. She is very personable and fun. I'm learning how to say things about myself and family conversationally. It's so interesting learning about the Korean culture and the structure of the Korean language. I've copied the notes that Eunae typed here so I can practice again.

I really enjoyed my class with Eunae ssi. She is always so happy and nice. I appreciate all of the explanations too! I'm learning about how to introduce my family, naming facial features, how to salute in the military, talking about our dogs and cats....Really cool!

Introduction of Lecture

Curriculum

1. Before starting the lecture, we talk about everyday life.     It helps you improve listening and speaking skills using     everyday Korean. 2. I teach Korean through new topic what you choose and     talk about it with you. So you can expands your vocabulary     and learn various expressions according to the topic. 3. Through each class, I correct your pronuncation     if you pronounce incorrectly. Pronunciation is very difficult     to correct if you have been speaking Korean for a long time.     if you practice incorrectly, it will become permanent.     You need to correct this problem before moving forward.

Work Experience

I have a bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature and a master's degree in Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language. After University, I actually worked at the Trade Department for medical device company over 2 years. I taught Korean to American children in Tacoma, Washington (USA) during last summer vacation. Currently, I have been teaching Korean at Multicultural Family Support Center for a year in Seoul, Korea.

Hello! I am Eunae Kim from Korea. 

I like to teach Korean and Korean culture to foreigners. 

So I have many teaching experiences. I taught Korean and K-Culture

at Mongolian School and center which is located in Vietnam. 

Also I was an exchange student, so I can speak Indonesian. I like to talk with

I will teach Korean based on 'conversation'. You can learn Korean more easily 

and more fun. My lecture has sections which is full of different situation in Korea. 

So you can learn important Korean word, expressions and Korean culture

at the same time. 

I don't push you to memorize the grammar, just learn and feel through talking with me. :-) 

#Curriculum

1. Before starting the lecture, let's have 'Korea-icebreaking time'

    You have to say what you feel and what you did today using Korean. 

    It's okay just to talk just a word. I will help you to make a sentence. 

2. I teach Korean through new topic(Situations) every class. 

    You can learn various expressions and Korean culture according to topic. 

    And If you want to learn some specific situation, just tell me. I will focus on your interest. 

3. After class, we summarize what we talk and what we learn today. 

    So you can memorize some important expression, word and grammar! 

    The most important way to learn Korea language is to using what we learn   

    today. So you make a sentence using today's expressions.

#Work Experience

 I have taught Korean since I was 20years old. I taught Korean to Filipino and 

 Mongolian students. I can teach Korean depends on the student's level, from Basic to

 professional. Also I participated in the work camp which was held in Vietnam. 

 I taught Korean and Korean culture to Vietnamese and foreigners who were 

 from different countries. I am confident to teach Korean.

[ Travel Information] - 1. In Cheon International Airport, How to go to the downtown in Seoul


한국을 여행하고 싶다! 한국을 방문하려고 하는 분들을 위해 대한민국의 국제공항인
인천공항에 대해서, 그리고 서울로 어떻게 이동해야하는지 설명해 드리려고 합니다.

한국을 방문하게 되면, 인천국제공항에 아마 도착하게 될 겁니다.

인천국제공항은 인천시 영종도에 위치하고, 주요 관광지, 호텔이 몰려 있는 서울과 멀리
떨어져 있어서, 거의 대부분 서울시내로 바로 이동해야 하실 겁니다.

다른 국제공항과 같이 출입국심사를 거치게 되면, 도착층인 1층에 도착하게 됩니다.
여기서 어떻게 서울 시내로 이동하느냐, 아래와 같이 3가지 주요 방법이 있습니다.

We decribe about In-cheon International Airport and how to go to the downtown in Seoul for you.
You would arrive at In-cheon International Airport if you visit our country.
It is located in Yeong-Jong island, In-Cheon city, so you should go to the downtown in Seoul
if you made a reservation in hotel near main tourist attractions in Seoul because In-Cheon is far from it.

You are located in first floor 'arrival', after immigration inspection like other international airport.
There are 3 ways to go to the downtown in Seoul.

1. 리무진 버스 [limousine bus] ★★★★


서울 주요지역에 숙소를 잡으셨다면, 그 지역에는 리무진 버스가 다니기 때문에,

이동하시기 편리합니다. 가격은 지역마다 다른데요. 10,000 ~ 15,000원 가격입니다.

하지만 출퇴근시간에 이동하신다면 교통체증으로 좀 오래 걸릴 수 있습니다.

If you made a reservation in main street in Seoul, you can get to there easily because the bus route
is a circle. The fee is depend on area and it is from 10,000 KRW to 15,000 KRW. (10~15 USD)
However, you would be stuck in trrafic if you use it at rush hour.

2. 택시 [Taxi]  ★★


택시를 이용하는 것이 무엇보다 편리하지만, 바가지 요금을 씌우는 택시기사들 때문에

여행객들이 피해를 보고 있는데요. 되도록이면 택시는 이용하지 않는 편이 좋습니다.

한국은 물가가 비교적 비싼 편이기 때문에, 저렴한 여행을 하시는 분들에게는

추천하지 않습니다.

We don't recommend to use Taxi because a taxi driver could deceive you about fees although it is
convenient means of transportaion compared to others. However, the price level is on the expensive side,
so you could spend a lot of money on the fees.

3. 공항철도 [Airport Raiload]  ★★★★★


서울은 대중교통이 매우 발달되어 있어, 지하철을 이용하면 서울 근교지역까지

갈 수 있습니다. 공항철도가 서울 주요지역으로 연결되어 있기 때문에, 공항철도를

이용하면 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다.

환승하는 역이 많다면, 약간 불편하겠지만, 비용대비 제일 효율적인 이동수단입니다.

서울 지하철의 경우 스마트폰으로 미리 앱을 설치해 가시면 큰 도움이 될거라 생각합니다.

The public transportation comes in hady in Seoul, so you can get to in the suburbs of Seoul.
The Airport raiload is connected to main area in Seould, you can go easily where you want.
It is the best way to get the benefits against the cost. If you have a smart phone, it would be helpful
for you to find stations by installing apps in advance.
