NOUN과 마찬가지(이)다: is the same as NOUN; is no different than NOUN; amounts to the same thing as NOUN 

 

 

* Example Sentence

 

It is the same as this.
그것이나 이것이나 마찬가지다

 

It is as good as new.
그것은 새것이나 마찬가지다

 

I am as blind as a bat without my glasses.
나는 안경을 벗으면 장님이나 마찬가지다

Humans are no different than other animals in this respect.
이런 점으로 볼 때 인간은 다른 동물과 마찬가지이다.

 

The two are much the same.
둘 다 마찬가지다
